The interview process seemed disorganized and was not transparent. I had 4 separate interviews - 1 phone screening, 1 with a Divisional Manager (25 minutes), 1 with a VP (20 minutes), and then a psychiatrist (40 minutes). In between, I took 6 assessments, totaling 4 hours. Each interview was blocked for 1 hour. They seem to use the assessments and psychiatrist to fill the gaps in their poor interviewing. After my now 4th interview I was called for “follow up questions” that were unnecessary and could have easily been asked in the original interviews. I’d be lying if I said my annoyance didn’t show through. I never heard back and honestly okay with it. Do better at recognizing your prospective candidates time. Working in the industry you know that scheduling 4 separate interviews during normal working hours is very difficult. Have the decency to call or email your decisions after. Your candidate today is still a customer, and will share their experiences with your other customers.
