I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Windsor Fashions (Lakewood, CA) in Apr 2010
Interview
It went pretty well and was fast! I was satisfied and happy with the process. The interview was great and had challenging questions. I automatically liked the environment of Windsor right away and that is why I said yes to working there when I was recruited to work there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Windsor Fashions
Interview
Sat in the middle of the mall with 3 other girls, supervisor asked typical interview questions and then asked us to describe to her what we think is something “in fashion” right now. Then we went into the store and she gave us each a scenario of a customer (I.e shopping for a cruise) and had us pick a afternoon and evening outfit we’d suggest to the fake customer and present them to her. Fairly quick interview overall
They asked me over and over about a literal few month gap in my working experience which was for school until something bad and personal happened I declined to talk about and said was personal. They kept asking which was inappropriate, I am not going to trauma dump in an interview, sorry lol.
They asked a few questions about your experience in fashion and why you would want to work there. It was a groups interview with 3 people. It was a quick interview around 30 minutes.
