When I was interviewed for this company it didn’t feel like any interview . The store manager that interviewed me sat and gossiped for the whole 30 minutes about a former employee. Then when I had a second interview we didn’t talk about anything work related and I was told there was people working at the store that “where a problem” and she was working on “getting rid of them “ . If I knew what I know today I wouldn’t even have bothered . Interviews don’t always just tell a company what they need to a know about an individual but it can also tell an individual what they need to know about a company . My whole experience working for this company has been awful . 70% of the people I have met on the job where gossipy and childish . Not worth it ! Do not apply to this job unless your willing to deal with childish coworkers and management even if you try your best to stay out of it .

It was nice. The district manager was very lively and open to learning about me and my experiences throughout college and retail. What I loved most about it was the fact that she was open to discussing with me all of what is expected of me.

It was actually a really fun interview. They questioned me on my life, and where/what I wanted to do with my life. They also asked me to pick out an outfit for an imaginary customer which was really fun for me.
