Interview
The interview process was pretty standard and straight-forward. I was first reached out to by phone to do an initial phone-screen, then was scheduled for a secondary virtual interview/video call that lasted about an hour, at the end of which I was told that they would like to move forward for a third, in-person interview with a higher-up, and was scheduled for and notified of that in-person interview within an hour of ending the virtual interview/video call, the in-person interview was very similar in length of time spent in the interview (about an hour) and I was told that I would hear back with a decision regarding everything within a reasonable timeframe of 3 business days.
Both points of contact that I had were extremely responsive and made themselves available to me by phone and email, should I have any questions or concerns, etc. in the intervening time between interviews and final decisions.

It was nice. The district manager was very lively and open to learning about me and my experiences throughout college and retail. What I loved most about it was the fact that she was open to discussing with me all of what is expected of me.

It was actually a really fun interview. They questioned me on my life, and where/what I wanted to do with my life. They also asked me to pick out an outfit for an imaginary customer which was really fun for me.
