It was a very short interview, I was just asked about past work experience and availability. Also given the opportunity to ask any questions. Very relaxed interview and pretty informal.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wingstop (Hove, England) in May 2026
Interview
The location was easy to reach, the hiring manager was friendly and explained the process. The interview itself was very quick and straightforward with just a few questions asked about myself, my experience and expectations.
It was a group interview, not a traditional 1-1 which makes it a little harder. They explain the role, and make you do 3 exercises and assess how you work together as a team.
