Wingstop Marketing Director interview questions

I had a great first interview with the HR manager and was subsequently invited to do a video interview with the VP of Marketing. Everything seemed to be moving smoothly, and just a few days later, I was invited for an in-person interview with several team members. Before leaving Wingstop headquarters, the HR manager mentioned that a decision would be made within a week. I sent thank-you emails and followed up a week later, but unfortunately, I never heard back. The complete lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
