Over the course of 3 months, I had 5 interviews and had to complete a project. By the end of the process, I already decided there was no way I was going to accept this position based on the interview experience. It seemed there was little communication between the interviewers. No one knew whether there would be another interview after theirs nor when they planned on making their decision. The next steps were not clear and they seemed disorganized. One of the interviewers also mentioned they’d let the candidates know either way once they made their decision. They did not and it’s so unprofessional, especially after spending hours of my personal time with them.
