Very quick and easy process. Started with an HR phone call just asking simple resume questions, followed by a video call with 2 managers asking more in-depth behavioral and position-specific questions.

First there was a phone call with the recruiter then there was a qualitative interview with two current employees who work at the bank. Interview was not technical at all, but I only got one so I didn't end up getting the job. Maybe if I got a second interview I would have got technical questions asked.
