The interview process started with a discovery call. I had a great chat that lasted about 15-20 min. I was then asked to schedule a time to interview with the two Assistant VPs of Marketing. It was an hour, and a half long interview split into three sections: 30 min chat with Assistant VP of Marketing #1, 30 min writing assignment, and 30 min with Assistant VP #2. I had a great chat with both VPs, and I was told I would be contacted within a week regarding the next steps. Two weeks went by, and I still haven’t heard back, so I sent a follow-up email. The email has been read a few times; however, I did not receive a response. I guess they are just looking for people to do work for free by making the writing assignment a part of the interview process.
