I had an initial call with a recruiter which went really well and then I moved on to the zoom interviews with three different managers/directors. This lasted about an hour and half in total and ended with a writing exercise. Since the interviewers were unable to join with their camera, it definitely created an awkward tension throughout since I was just staring at myself talking. Overall, managers seemed very nice and said I would here back shortly about next steps from the recruiter. I reached out to the recruiter thanking her for passing me along and asked if I could have my interviewers emails so I can send thank yous. I got no response. I waited about a week in between each follow up and followed up three times. About 8 weeks later, after hearing nothing, I was informed someone else got the position through an automatic email. Overall was very disappointed by the follow up process. Especially considering I moved a lot around in my schedule to accommodate the lengthy interviews.
