I applied for the position and was contacted several days later by a recruiter. The recruiter was very nice. I had an initial first phone interview with the recruiter and then she passed me onto the hiring manager. The hiring manager at first seemed relatively friendly. I made it to a third round of interviews and the people interviewing me were not friendly nor did they pay attention to anything I was saying. One of the interviewers in fact was typing on her computer the entire duration of the interview and had to be reminded by the other interviewer to respond to my questions. She was completely checked out and disengaged. I could tell immediately she didn’t care to get to know anything about me. It was one of the most awkward and uncomfortable interviews I have ever experienced. After this, I quickly decided this was not a organization I wanted to work for and removed myself from consideration.
