HR contact first by phone to chat about 30 minutes, after that, Hiring Manager interview by team about 30 minutes, finally On-Site in person in interview about 2 hours, HR email the decision about two weeks later that you are not selected since 1st one offered accept the position.
Terrible. Applied online and weeks later HR emails me to setup a screening. I reply and get completely ghosted even after sending multiple emails to follow up. Bad experience and do not recommend to apply to Wintrust.
