Applied online. Began screening interviews for role with the recruiter responsible. We had a good dialog and the recruiter was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I did not feel like it was a one-way interrogation as can sometimes happen. Next steps will be technical knowledge reviews. Then hiring manager and team member interviews.

The recruiters sometimes dont contact you, if they do they will ghost you. Very unprofessional approach. They even dont give you any feedback after interview. i probably wont every apply again
