Quick 30 minute phone call. It went really well, and I’m a really charismatic person so I usually do really well in interviews, especially the first interview which is all character based. However even though I did well I have not even heard a denial. I’ve followed up but nothing. I read Glassdoor interviews here before I interviewed and people said it took weeks and weeks for a response, and I have the same experience. I would recommend to not wait for them to get back to you. As I could still have the opportunity to work here but at this point I’ve already found a job. It sounded like a great opportunity but I don’t have a month to wait for a response.
