Initial phone interview with HR went well. I had a total of 4 virtual teams meetings with different people in the department all the way up to the SVP. This was over a 4 week period, when the last interview ended they indicated that the next steps would be to go in and meet in person and speak to HR. Then I heard nothing for over a week, I emailed the original HR person I spoke with and she responded back 2 days later saying they were going with a different candidate and if anything changed she'll let me know. It was a complete waste of time for over a month and thinking I was advancing. Terrible interviewing processes so I can only imagine how it is to work there.
