I applied online, indicated that I have a disability and was referred by an employee. The interviews I had were all handled on video call. First interview with the recruiter was normal. Then the second interview with two managers was unprofessional - interviewers kept their cameras off, asked me very tricky questions, and were very dismissive of my answers. The interview abruptly ended 10 minutes early without any opportunity for me to ask them any questions.
