Best example of an interviewer with more ego than knowledge (name of mahabar) . This was a selenium interview and the question was a very easy one. But this interviewer maybe had mugged up an answer and didn't know that other ways exist for the same problem. He even claimed that converting a set of window handles to an array list would maintain insertion order!! Goes to show what kind of a company is when it's interviewers would fail their own interviews.

It had 3 rounds of interview. First round is pure technical round by automation expert on VB scripting, QTP, UFT, HP ALM and some other tools. Interviewed mainly focussed on coding capabilities, team management, effort estimations, test planning and test summary prepeations, metrics collection. Second round is Manager round which typically based on the questions related to team lead activities and general stability related queries related to career. 3rd round is HR round and it is very general questions and salary negotiations.
