it was a CRP, there was a written test in the campus(aptitude and technical questions on computers(C,C++,Oracle,networking, DB)), though it was to non-IT. Those who have qualified in respective sections.
firstly the asked to write on topic based on the headlines of the day, some other topics.
followed by the technical interview.If cleared then to the HR interview.If aced it too, then to Wipro. But offer letter will be given depending on the requirement. Before joining, they give a Jump start training program in the respective campus( But, they are in a idea of making it online). After joining there will be a 3 month training program. need to get a min of 70% every test
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
