Interview
Complete lies. They will boast about a training program that is someone from the company teaching you the very basics of programming and after a few weeks, you watch videos online. No hands on training. They will lie about bonuses and benefits and how "amazing" the plano office is. Don't believe a word Amanda or Samantha say to you. I would never have worked here if I was told the truth about when my starting date was and what batch I will be joining. They gave me a start date ONE week before the actual start date. I was never told what batch or department I will be joining, completely random, nothing I asked for was given. I told them what my interests and goals were but they did not acknowledge that and just threw me in a random batch that I had no interest in. They are just trying to hire as many people as possible, not caring about the actual employee and for a fresh graduate, all that is very important. They will also take months to reply to you about the next interview steps or even if you got the job. Good luck trying to get answers from these awful recruiters.
