The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. First, there was an online assessment including aptitude, logical reasoning, and coding questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were shortlisted for the technical interview, where questions were asked about programming, projects, and basic computer science concepts. Finally, there was an HR round focusing on communication skills, career goals, and willingness to learn.

The aptitude test comprised of an online test in the AMCAT platform.It consisted of english mcqs,Logical reasoning,Quantitative aptitude,Coding ,Essay/Paragraph Writing.Preference was given to coding.Shortlisted candidates were made to sit for 2 rounds of interview-Technical and HR.Candidates were selected according to their performance in the interviews.Some of us had a telephonic HR interview.

Second Round is SVAR Communication Test consists of six sections
After qualifying in both the rounds, now the third round is Technical + HR Interview which lasts around 30 to 40 minutes.

My Wipro Elite interview was smooth and well-organized. It included an online assessment (aptitude, coding, and communication) followed by a technical and HR round focusing on basics, projects, and problem-solving skills.
