I applied online. I interviewed at Wipro (Chennai) in Jul 2018
Interview
I attended Wipro on campus drive in sep 2017 .. About 1K+ attended and 30+ got selected.. I was not one amoung those 30 even though I got one program correct and wrote mcq's decently. And then i attended about 15+ companies and again i attended Wipro and this time off campus ( July 2018) about 400+ attended . 1st round was apps + coding . 2nd technical 3rd hr ,the same like on campus drive and again i got 1 code correct and gave mcq's decently and this time I got into 2 nd round . out of 400+ 12 got shortlisted for 2 nd round and they were about to select all but 1 got rejected due to some reasons .. In the technical round she asked about my project and DBMS concepts ( I had mentioned in my resume ) and she asked about tree concepts. And hr was about ur confidence levels and finally i got my job after 10 months of failure . The thing is there is thing called " TIME" . Work hard one day your time will definitely come. Never give up!
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
