I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wipro (Kiel) in Dec 2019
Interview
I had 3 interviews with 2 persons (1 HR and 1 Bussines). Both of them located in India but the opening was for Germany. The interviews were very disappointing. The interviewers actually didn't have any knowledge of the business and the requirements of the position. Most of the questions were from my side and I received general answers.
After 2 weeks I have sent an email to the Hr executive asking for feedback and they told me that the position is most probably frozen. After almost a month HR email me asking if I am still available. I gave them a positive answer and after this nobody came back to me:)
This is by far the worst behavior I have ever met during interviews.
good experience for a short duration each round taking 30 to 45 mins
With the process streamlined and had a good conversation.
In the end it , it was a happy conversation and looking forward
Scheduled L1 and asked more deeply about Claims and Provider in Healthcare. I told them that I'm not aware of Claims but they continued to ask from that and I managed.
After completing the interview I called many times to the HR but she ignoring my calls.

Study only the basic and be proficient and clear in your answer
