I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wipro (Haldia, West Bengal) in Sep 2016
Interview
Its 4 stages:
> General Aptitude
> Technical Aptitude
> Technical Interview
>HR (if you pass TI)
So general aptitude is not that tough, technical aptitude is little tough for our case if you go below 70% correct answer out of 12 questions you are out!! immediately online exam stops.
A small paragraph writing of no use in there. Then if selected technical interview of 30-45mins based on how much you know programming. HR is tricky but one can handle it if confident after 12 hours of hectic process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Based on C, Java, Data Structure, a sample question to solve by programming or just give algorithm. SQL and other things if you know. They will test you until you make a mistake or they see that you can answer all of them.
Interview went smooth and asked some question and asked to write any program, further asked to explain what I wrote. They ready my resume and asked questions out of it. Asked some personal questions about my father job etc. On-Campus Interview.
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
