They conducted an on-campus recruitment drive for our college before NLTH. Very easy to crack the interview shortlisting round if you're decently prepared, not just for the sake of the interview though. The interview was conducted in two phases (technical, HR) online. Interview rounds were pretty easy as well. In the technical interview round, I was asked about my technical skills, and what I would like to work on. In the HR interview round, I was asked if I knew about the Wipro bond (You have to pay to join the company.) I was aware of it, then he proceeded to ask me about my family, that was sort of confusing as to why an interviewer would need to know anything about family. I have a stable family, what if someone doesn't? An interviewer's motif shouldn't include family knowledge, or where the potential associate resides. That is very intrusive in my opinion. Then he proceeded to ask me about my hobbies, which includes playing the guitar. He said that he'd love to jam with me someday if I joined. I liked the interview process generally.
