The phone screen was with a recruiter and lasted about 30 minutes. It was mostly about my resume, experience, and why I wanted to work at Wipro. The recruiter also asked a few behavioral questions like, “Tell me about a time you faced a challenge in a project and how you overcame it.”

I explained the MRP process, including how it checks inventory levels, generates planned orders, and ensures material availability for production. I also discussed a specific project where I customized the MRP settings to meet the client's unique production requirements, such as adjusting lead times and safety stock levels.

First round would be l1 interview where they will be assessing technical efficiency
Second round would be client roundthis was for tlm developer position
And they were asked domain specific
Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.
