Interview
Wipro’s interview process was smooth and professional. It included an online aptitude/technical test, a technical interview focusing on concepts and projects, and an HR round covering personality and goals. Communication was clear, and interviewers were friendly. Preparation in basics and confidence helped. Overall, a positive and learning experience.

Can you explain any one of your academic projects in detail and the challenges you faced during its implementation?
They really wanted to assess my problem-solving skills and how well I understood what I had worked on.
The selection process consists of three rounds. Two face-to-face interviews focus on your introduction, past work experience, and how you handled challenges, while also evaluating communication and confidence. The final round is an exam that tests your role-related knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the position.
Application process, preliminary call, shortlisting, interview, technical interbiew, hr call, salary negotiation , final round call with senior manager or directors team , then final salary call again. So it went pretty well.
