After being shortlisted by the HR team through Naukri, I was scheduled for an interview with two-panel members. The interview was moderate, focusing on my experience with knowledge management, automation, and collaboration strategies. Below are some of the key questions asked: What measures do you take to reduce the Service desk AHT using KM? How do you encourage knowledge sharing and improve knowledge base usage? Describe your experience with knowledge management systems.? How did you use Power Automate to increase knowledge management efficiency? Do you have any questions? Are you ready to work from the office? The interview had a balanced focus on both technical skills and situational problem-solving, and I felt that the panel members were interested in how I could contribute to Wipro's knowledge management initiatives.
