A variety of basic Linux questions all admins should know. Also asked questions about experience and knowledge of compiling your own kernel. The whole process took one day. I applied online via Craigslist and received a call for an interview the next day. After going to the interview, I received a call with an offer before I even got home from the interview.

Flown out for interview, lack of contact first day (first warning sign) second day last minute feel to interview, no tests or even offer to see the office, interview was done at the hotel lobby. Test was done once I moved with no relocation, lead to my termination.
