The panel was weird, seems like a newbie and it was his first career interview . The tone of the interviewer was not ideal. Seems like he didn't know many things. When I was explaining something, he had fixed answers in his mind and he was not ready to listen to me, he was expecting the answers from javatpoint or tutorialpoint... seems like he googled "top 15 react interview questions ?" It looked like a 1-2 years exp candidate was taking interview of a 5+ years exp person, and was not able to ask questions properly. When I cross-questioned about few conditions in the questions that he asked, he was totally unaware of what he asked. He was like, "NO, NO, answer only this don't consider anything else." Later on, he gave the feedback to HR like this : Javascript -- YES React - YES Closure & prototype - YES Event loop, callbacks - YES Unit Testing- YES Overall - No, candidate needs more preparation. :-p I didn't get why overall was a NO ? His feedback was contrary to pointers that he had written. Negative experience. Not very happy with the process. Will never attend an interview again with Wissen. They waste time.
