Interview
My first interview was with a partner and a senior manager in the office. Both interviews were very laid back. The partner gave me information about the company and the position and discussed my career goals. The interview with the senior manager was just a conversation where I asked some questions. I met with another partner the next day and received an offer the same day.

Two step process, first was with the recruiter representative, the second was with two partners. All the people were welcoming and polite. No “stupid” questions as some requires like to ask. Interview was easy going and positive.

Are you able to work overtime up to 70 hours a week
It helped me learn a lot about the company. I enjoyed the process and connected with the people. I would recommend giving the company a shot. They were open to questions.
The candiate will have a phone interview with HR first. If the candidate succeeds, then there will be separate interviews with the senior management such as partner and manager. The questions are mostly behavioral and experience.
