I was contacted by a recruiter from the company via email who scheduled a time for me to speak with the Hiring Manager. I had a telephone interview followed by an in person interview with 3 individuals. The time between the phone call and in person interview was just over a week as getting everyone in a room took some coordination. I did have to take a personality/culture test online prior to the interview process. It was a very good experience overall.
