In regards to a phone interview with HR - it was overwhelmingly disappointing. Although there appears to be high praise for Withum in the review section, I was very surprised during the interview when the HR lady began it with an outdated and simplistic approach. I was asked standard questions with what felt like a survey regarding the position and queries about what culture should be included in a firm. There was no discussion at all. It was very disappointing. At the experienced level, normally prospects are looking for a conversation to learn more about the culture of a firm and role itself within the firm. There was none of this. It seemed like they were more interested in learning about what employees are looking for in a firm, and gathering data from interviewees at their own time expense. There was little to no opportunity to ask questions either. It was a waste of time.
