I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WithumSmith + Brown (New Brunswick, NJ)
Interview
The interview was pleasant. I met with two senior managers, but they were really laid back. The interview was more of a conversation. No behavioral questions. I was introduced to a few of the staff and partners. About a week later I received an offer, and the week after that I accepted their offer.
I interviewed at WithumSmith + Brown (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Two step process, first was with the recruiter representative, the second was with two partners. All the people were welcoming and polite. No “stupid” questions as some requires like to ask. Interview was easy going and positive.

Question 1
Are you able to work overtime up to 70 hours a week
It helped me learn a lot about the company. I enjoyed the process and connected with the people. I would recommend giving the company a shot. They were open to questions.
The candiate will have a phone interview with HR first. If the candidate succeeds, then there will be separate interviews with the senior management such as partner and manager. The questions are mostly behavioral and experience.
