Only have had the first interview, girl was very nice but also talked very fast. Seems like a very systematic process. Asked pretty standard questions and inquired about availability for a follow up interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WithumSmith + Brown in Jun 2023
Interview
1st round: Recruiter screening 2nd round: Zoom interview with 2 hiring managers Fairly quick process. Both interviews were pretty easy and straightforward. The interviewers made me feel at ease and it didn't really feel like an interview at all. I thought the 2nd round went really well and I'd get the offer, but 2 weeks later I got a generic rejection email and when I emailed the recruiter asking for feedback she just ignored me. For an entry level role which I met all the minimum qualifications for, I have no idea what caused me to get rejected and I probably won't ever have a clue because the recruiter won't respond to my email! Never applying here again.
The person taking my interview was super friendly and it was a brief interview. Questions asked by the recruiter were also very open-ended, nothing technical. The application process was also a less time-consuming, and overall good experience.
