Interview
First Interview was with HR about general information regarding the position and my background, second interview with service technician support manager on the west coast, the position was explained very well and great conversation with the manager, the east coast hiring manager didn't join the call, HR scheduled a separate interview with him. The 3rd interview didn't go as well, I was asked generic questions like where do I see myself in 5 years prefaced with (these type of positions will be phased out due to AI and self service for support.

The whole thing happened to be a pretty standard interview process. I sent in my resume, received an email first which was for a teams interview, followed by in person interview.
