The recruiter (Anthony) provided a stellar candidate experience and I wanted to ensure it's noted for candidates applying to Woebot health. It's not often that a recruiter doesn't send a canned response when you're not selected for the next stages. Anthony's messages were direct, timely, and even had a follow-up (!!) back and forth email to clear the air on the position's availability. It's RARE to see a recruiter devote that much time to a candidate a company has passed on. The empathy and care exemplified to potential candidates should be rewarded and recognized.
