Interview
I applied through an online job board and they reached out asking to apply on their website. Within a few days they emailed to set up a phone interview for the next week. They called promptly at the scheduled time and asked very generic questions. It did feel sort of impersonal and mechanic. They then asked about salary expectations and how they executed it made the conversation completely awkward.
