I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Chicago, IL) in May 2014
Interview
Ad-hoc and poorly managed from Senior Management.
Co-ordinators were good. But management was disorganized.
Management had no sense of asking questions. Interviewers need training in the art of taking interviews.
Junior staff promoted to senior level without calibrations. Too many chiefs and higher designations diluting the entire hierarchy

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer
Interview
I interviewed with Human Resources first. Then I interviewed with the person who was retiring from the position. Over the next three weeks I interviewed with their boss, their boss' boss, and three members of the team. Each interview was a half hour each, over a four week period. Only two of these individuals required cameras.

Question 1
Why are you looking to leave your current position?
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Long. Very long. From resume submission to offer: 16 weeks. HR interview, followed by hiring manager. followed by many potential team members, then, back to HR.
Ultimately, from two other companies, I both submitted a resume, interviewed, and received a respective offer before WK could finish their process. I accepted a position from one of those opportunities. The next day, I heard from WK. Its unfortunate, as they seem like a good company. Perhaps their HR isn't as efficient as their commercial business units?
