Wonder interview questions

Applied through LinkedIn 1. Recruiter Call 2. Engineer Screen 3. Final Round It took four weeks, and communication was smooth. Non standard process but given they are growing it is expected.

Recruiter reached out to me directly and pinged me multiple times before I responded. On the day of the phone interview, the recruiter called late via a mobile phone. It was obvious the recruiter wasn't close to the phone and was doing something else. The conversation was very choppy because I couldn't hear half of the things the recruiter said. The conversation was pretty painful and the recuriter ended by promising to get back to me in a few days. Never did! What a horribly unprofessional experience. If the recruiters are this bad and unprofessional on a leadership search, I can only imagine how poorly managed is this company.
