The interview process was pretty simple. It was a referral from a prior coworker at my old company. I just sat down with the hiring manager and went through my background in Flow Assurance. At the time there wasn't enough work to justify getting hired so there was no offer.
An unprofessional, who was responsible for employing graduates, interviewed me. He started with general questions and ended up with technical questions. He used the paint, drew sth, and wanted me to solve the problem (like calculating pressure) by showing a very childish and humiliating manner. He laughed at me, he acted very childishly, showing that he is an engineer and I don't know anything!

Interviewed via microsoft teams. HR will email both parties and give the interviewer's LinkedIn profile for you to prepare. HR emails seems to be automated, as the replies were very generic with automated replies and wishes. Took a month to pass the review stage,

Mostly behavioural questions. Expected more technical questions but didnt get any. Interviewer focused mostly on personal views regarding overtime, hybrid work from home, and how to resolve conflict at work.
