Contacted through a recruiter and had one 30 min phone interview. The interview was fairly easy and asked basic questions. The process seemed easy and was very fast. Got a call the next day about getting the job and had to let the recruiter know very soon what my decision was.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wood (Gainesville, FL) in May 2018
Interview
I got invited to the office after a week I submitted my resume. My interview was about an hour and 30 minutes long. I had the opportunities to talk to few people at the office and walked around with them. I feel comfortable when I talked to them, they are not like a corporate would just ask you their standard questions and write it down on the paper.
After the interview, they called my references and called me later let me know they are ready to prepare my offer.
