Interview
Applied online in late August. Got back to me within a couple of months for an interview the following week. Interview was at their office in the city and had an engineer and HR rep.
Cover letter cv in September, followed by half an hour personality and some behavioural questions. Assessment centre with group task, presentation and technical test. Test was about heat exchanger, asking quite a few questions, Definitely prep for HX and P and ids.

Name different types of heat exchangers, solve for flowrates, duties and LMTD

Interview
Group exercise, HR interview and a technical interview. The technical was based on a carbon capture unit. HR was standard stuff. The Group exercise was a weird lego building exercise and then presenting your building after.

30 minute call, then assessment centre in site. The call was a provisional screening and it was fairly easy, the assessment centre was on site and typical teamwork then some technical questions
