Initial headhunter recruiter phone call. Pretty easy with mostly probing questions. Nothing to difficult to answer. - Initial telephone interview was not difficult. Answer questions you have the answers to and convey your experience and strongpoints. For the questions you don't have experience, just be honest (this is a given) - Face to face interview went very well. Relaxed but professional. Interview lasted about 45 min.
