Assessment centre was standard and was a full day event - Have to say the hotel they put us in was very nice as well. The day consisted of a HR interview, Technical Interview, Site tour and group interview. The employees are very friendly.
Cover letter cv in September, followed by half an hour personality and some behavioural questions. Assessment centre with group task, presentation and technical test. Test was about heat exchanger, asking quite a few questions, Definitely prep for HX and P and ids.

Interview
Group exercise, HR interview and a technical interview. The technical was based on a carbon capture unit. HR was standard stuff. The Group exercise was a weird lego building exercise and then presenting your building after.

30 minute call, then assessment centre in site. The call was a provisional screening and it was fairly easy, the assessment centre was on site and typical teamwork then some technical questions
