Interview
Telephone interview with standard interview questions. (~35 mins)
Assessment centre with consisting of:
Tour of the office (20 mins)
Group activity (3 hours)
HR interview (20 mins)
Technical interview (1 hour)
All the staff and the other candidates were super friendly.
It was full on, but actually quite a fun day.

Telephone: Tell me about yourself/ strength and weaknesses etc
HR: Pretty much the same as the telephone interview
Technical: testing technical knowledge, circuit analysis, power flow, and rotating machines.

the AI interview is quite chill. Some questions about describing yourself, why you choose this company, what is your greatest achievement, and some questions about your soft skills basically. Hope these information useful.
quick and fast reliable having 2 phase one one is screening then the other is technical .take around 7 months to complete the entire process but its simple and quick

Interview
I posted my Cv to the job board and got a phone call one month after. Then HR arranged an interview with a senior engineer. When I was interviewed, one person is HR and the other one is the senior engineer.
