Interview questions were sparse and vague. The interviewers did not seem personable and did not make me feel like I was in a human to human conversation. The interview felt quite unnatural and was not as enlightening as I had hoped. The interviewers weren't able to answer a few of my questions and didn't really inspire me about the job.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wood (Calgary, AB) in Oct 2015
Interview
Interview process involved the department managers. Interview was friendly and well conducted, with lots of questions regarding my abilities and skills. I had asked a lot of questions about work expectations. In the end I was hired, but I had felt that the process was somewhat misleading because the job I was hired for was very different from what I ended up doing.
