After submitting my CV I was invited to an online video interview. Interview focussed on my experience and its relevance to the role. Motivation to join the company and the responsibilities of the role were also discussed.

Assessment center day at their office in Reading. Group interview where we had to build a small Lego house, with different design criteria. One technical interview, and one pastoral interview.
