Interview
The interview was conducted online, process was simple and easy. I got the offer the next day. People are friendly. Team is extremely chill and easy going. Great company. I didn’t negotiate the salary since it was pretty high already.

Il primo che ho fatto era un colloquio telefonico in cui mi sono state fatte domande generiche relative a ciò che ho studiato e a cosa mi aspetto dalla posizione
Tout s'est fait rapidement et par téléphone uniquement.
Discussions techniques (pas très poussées) et RH Surtout pour vérifier la motivation.
Le projet Iter est très long et beaucoup de turn over. Du coup ils privilégient les profils qui souhaitent s'installer dans la région sur au moins du moyen terme.
