There was a group interview, technical interview/presentation, individual HR interview. The whole process consumed a day. There was a tour of the building and also the chance to speak to management/existing employees.
Cover letter cv in September, followed by half an hour personality and some behavioural questions. Assessment centre with group task, presentation and technical test. Test was about heat exchanger, asking quite a few questions, Definitely prep for HX and P and ids.

Group exercise, HR interview and a technical interview. The technical was based on a carbon capture unit. HR was standard stuff. The Group exercise was a weird lego building exercise and then presenting your building after.

30 minute call, then assessment centre in site. The call was a provisional screening and it was fairly easy, the assessment centre was on site and typical teamwork then some technical questions
