Super hard to even get a reply out of HR - seems like the company is somewhat distracted. I was looking forward given their heritage but I will carry on with their peers.

Long process with 2 informal interviews, two aptitude tests, a 10-minute presentation, and a panel interview over about a month. Having such a drawn-out process can be a bit much. Biggest problem now is that I was informed I was going to get the offer and I was everyone's top choice but that was two months ago. I have a lot of experience, but these delays are driving me away. I keep being the one to reach out when their deadlines aren't being met as to when I should hear back. After which they call me usually within a day or two. It has been 2 months since my initial offer deadline should have been given and it feels like I've been strung along. Promised that it's all internal delays and they should be able to give the formal offer soon. Today is the last day of the 3rd deadline for an offer which was told to me 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since which means the burden is again on my shoulder. Frankly, it's making me lose confidence in the company and I'm not sure I want to work for them anymore. If there is predicted to be this much of internal delay, Then the position shouldn't be flown until after. Otherwise, it just wastes everyone's time and skews perspectives. I keep being told it's end of year and yearly review stuff, but this seems like a lot of time. They told me to let them know if I get another offer but while I have seriously resumed my search, I actually did want to work for this specific company. They actually seemed like a good group.

Good, the recruiter reached out prior to answer any questions, the team was nice, met with several people on the team and they discussed their experiences and their work. Took a few weeks to hear back.
